How long does my order take to ship?

I do my best to ship all orders the same day or the next day after you place your order. If there’s ever a delay, I’ll keep you in the loop. Thanks for your patience and support!

Do you offer international shipping? 

I don’t currently offer international shipping, but I’m hopeful to add it in the future! If you’re outside the US and really want a candle, reach out to me directly — I might be able to work something out. :)

What is your return policy? 

I totally get it — accidents happen! If your candle arrives broken or damaged, reach out to me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll happily send a replacement. While I don’t accept general returns at this time, I’m committed to making things right. Feel free to contact me with any issues or concerns.
